Campaign Finance Information

The Political Reform Act requires candidates to file campaign statements disclosing contributions received and expenditures made.  The statutory requirements of the Political Reform Act are contained in Sections 81000-91015 of the California Government Code and are enforced by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). Therefore, questions and clarifications should be directed to the FPPC.

I. SUMMARY OF DISCLOSURE FORMS

All candidates must file the applicable campaign disclosure forms, from the list below. You may fill out the online form, print it and file the form as directed. Simply click the link to access the forms on the FPPC website.
